The Heart of England Handbell Society

The Heart of England Handbell Society was formed in October 2006 at a rally in Harvington,  by a group of teams from across the central England area. The society is aimed at all teams, large and small, in particular those who may not get the opportunity to peform in public on a regular basis.

The society provides opportunities for handbell ringers across the Midlands area to ring together, socialise, enjoy each others concerts and attend events staged by the teams in the society.

The main aims of the society are:-

** To promote handbell ringing across the central England area.

** To support handbell teams across the area

** To stage local rallies with the focus on individual team performance.

** To stage local concerts and to support teams to stage their own concerts.

** To produce two newsletters each year to promote and support the activities of every team in the society.

** To operate a society which refloects the needs of it's membership.
